影音/臺中農改場113研發成果亮眼 展現智慧、韌性、永續、安心創新研發成果

蛇年賀喜迎新春,農業部臺中區農業改良場113年產業對接之研發與輔導成果相當豐碩,計完成蕎麥‘台中7號’、文心蘭‘台中6號’、石斛蘭‘台中8號’、芒果‘台中2號’共4項新品種命名及取得甘藍‘台中3號’品種權;取得合生元組成物及其應用於治療代謝疾病與改善腸道菌群失衡的用途、智慧化控制作物補光方法與系統、栽培盆翻轉裝置、植物採摘裝置、植物篩選裝置等5項專利;水稻‘台中秈199號’種子繁殖與優質生產技術、木黴菌TCT888製劑在禽舍墊料應用與農畜剩餘物質堆肥化技術等34項技術授權供國內農產業運用;供應作物種原生產面積為22,606公頃;辦理葡萄氰滿素催芽優化技術田間觀摩會推廣逾2,000人次。該場同仁研發可圈可點,去年更囊括農業部研發成果管理運用獎–優良管理單位、華藝數位公司2023年度臺灣學術傳播獎期刊組–生物農學類「最佳下載獎」Top1、國家新創獎、國家新創精進獎、優秀農業教育及推廣人員獎、學會競賽及學會成就獎計14個獎項,共17位同仁獲得表揚。去年辛勤耕耘所獲佳績,114年2月19日特精心挑選5項成果亮點,藉由記者會發表分享予各界。
中耕機具備翻耕、除草及作畦等功能,為農民最常操作的小型農機具。但多數農友忽略使用後的保養工作,發生問題多依賴農機行,不僅耗時又傷荷包。該場為提升農友維修保養能力,開發中耕機保養數位化教材,應用數位3D立體模型搭配MR技術,以擬真方式學習中耕機6項簡易保養維護技能,讓簡易維修保養不再是難事。另一項葡萄田間修剪技能為果園管理的核心環節,傳統教學受場地與季節限制,導致新手難以累積實戰經驗。該場為提升學習成效,開發「葡萄枝條修剪數位化教材」,利用混合實境MR技術,模擬枝條修剪的真實情境並可反覆練習操作,教師能從旁即時指導互動,且不再受季節影響及可避免實務修剪錯誤產生的後續產量損失,讓學習更有效率。
該場育成切花及盆花兩用之文心蘭‘台中6號–美夢’,該品種為全新豹紋花色,並帶有高貴紫紅裙擺,花朵鮮明,且明顯大於市場主流品種,對偏好大花的美洲市場極具潛力。新品種花梗長度約64.4公分,適合作為切花使用,且切花瓶插壽命達9天,盆插觀賞期長,若作為盆花的觀賞期更可達30天。目前該品種已申請國內品種權,並與業者洽談授權,可望成為市場新秀。
該場開發貝萊斯芽孢桿菌Tcb43,具廣泛抑菌能力與多種分解酵素活性,田間試驗對胡瓜白粉病防治率可達60%以上,對於胡瓜炭疽病之防治率亦達63%以上,且防治效果穩定,於連續採收瓜果蔬菜病害防治應用上極具潛力。該場開發淡紫菌TCTeb01,為國內發現可感染荔枝椿象的本土蟲生真菌,經田間試驗對荔枝椿象成蟲具有86%防治率,且對蜜蜂無影響,可於開花期間施用;另該場已完成高孢子量固態發酵技術及分生孢子粉劑製備技術,製劑可於常溫貯藏至少6個月,突破國內蟲生真菌固態發酵與櫥架壽命瓶頸。除荔枝椿象防治外,TCTeb01對南黃薊馬具有近80%致死率,同時對於茶角盲椿象、咖啡果小蠹及根瘤線蟲等多種害物具防治潛力。目前貝萊斯芽孢桿菌Tcb43與淡紫菌TCTeb01皆已進入田間病蟲害防治評估階段,後續將進行技術移轉與商品化,以提供農友防治病蟲害之新選擇。
臺中場與臺中榮民總醫院合作,將園藝治療導入思覺失調症病友團體治療中,以改善其個人與社會功能及精細動作,期協助其返回職場生活。思覺失調症是精神科重大疾病之一,影響病友思考與覺知功能,國內盛行率約6‰,其中領有慢性精神病重大傷病卡更有5成為思覺失調症患者。醫學臨床觀察發現病友因疾病本身及藥物副作用,易導致手部精細動作較一般人遲緩,而精細動作訓練與就業能力具正相關。因此,該場為其量身開發一套園藝治療活動,運用療育庭園場域及素材,讓病友進行創作與分享,在每週1次、每次1.5小時的園藝課程中,訓練病友手部精細動作,庭園進行感官刺激,藉由分享創作理念,加強病友互動。
該場於醫院營造1座百坪園藝療育庭園,將植物覆蓋率提高到70%,延伸直線通道成為環型,長度增加2.5倍,引導病友增加停留時間恢復專注力;以造園手法呈現視覺美感,更強調植物功能與人的互動,如鋪滿地面低矮的馬蹄金,心形葉片提供拓印活動材料,蔓性夏菫粉色和紫色品種四季常開,帶來好心情;近膝蓋高的鳳梨鼠尾草鮮豔的紅花吸引目光,可以觸碰感受迷人香氣;與胸口同高的木繁星和芳香萬壽菊方便眼睛欣賞,綻放著粉色與橙黃花朵在冬日增添一道暖意。療育庭園提供病友每次停留活動、植物照顧及人際互動等功能,增進五感體驗與專注力恢復。透過庭園運用與12週課程,24名參與的病友在臨床症狀、角色功能、自我照顧能力及精細動作等均有顯著進步,更有2名病友順利求職,重返職場生活。
該場為推廣食農教育理念並提升全民對均衡飲食與營養的理解,特別推出針對個人飲食之數位化教材–智慧餐盤,以六大類食物為核心,操作者輸入個人背景資訊取得每日建議攝取總熱量後,親手選擇不同食材置於個人餐盤內,螢幕即可動態呈現各項食材及各餐攝取熱量,並給予每日攝取建議,掌握一日三餐均衡飲食的關鍵,動手操作加上視覺化學習,結合無線射頻辨識RFID技術與軟體視覺化設計,提供兼具教育意涵與娛樂性的互動學習體驗,透過互動學習,輕鬆掌握均衡飲食與營養搭配的奧秘。正確的飲食觀念與健康習慣的學習變得超直覺、超有趣。
