有民眾目擊一名女子騎車載2名小孩上路，小孩沒戴安全帽，而女子單手騎車邊講手機。
網友在Threads分享影片指出，在台中市南區國光路，看到一輛三貼機車行駛在路上，「唉……這位媽媽邊騎車還邊講手機，希望你們平安」。
看到影片的網友驚訝，車上的小孩沒有安全帽，媽媽單手騎車、邊用手機，還比旁邊的車騎的更快，「這有點誇張了吧！」
