高雄田寮區和興路今（6）日傳出一起平房火警，警消獲報後立即出動14車35人前往搶救，到場時發現有火煙竄出，緊急佈線搶救，火勢經過半小時後撲滅。警消清理現場時發現一具9旬男屍，已明顯死亡。
據悉，起火的是平房雜物間，平時無人居住，不明原因起火，屋主回到家後發現自己的爸爸，90歲何姓老翁命喪火窟，傷心崩潰，詳細起火原因由消防局鑑識單位進一步調查釐清。
