Taipei (Taiwan News) Louisa Coffee (2758), the leading coffee roaster chain in Taiwan, is listed in TPEx Emerging Stock Board on
September 17th, with a closing price at NT$199 per share.

台北 (台灣新聞), 路易莎咖啡(2758), 台灣咖啡店連鎖龍頭於9月17日於興櫃板買賣 , 收盤價為每股新台幣199元。

The leading coffee roaster chain in Taiwan, Louisa Coffee (2758), will be available on TPEx Emerging Stock Market starting from September 17th 2021. The TPEx announced on Sep. 10th, the date of Louisa Coffee’s listing, with a denomination of NT$10 per share. The reference price will be NT$ 118 per share. Louisa Coffee had NT$9.29 EPS on 2020.

台灣咖啡店連鎖龍頭路易莎咖啡(2758)於2021年9月17日於興櫃板買賣。櫃買中心於9月10日公告路易莎咖啡登錄興櫃買賣日期,每股面值為新台幣10元。參考價格將為每股新台幣118元。路易莎咖啡在2020年的EPS為新台幣 9.29元。

According to TPEx, Louisa Coffee was established in 2006. The brand was founded by the chairman and general manager, Chris Huang. The main business is the operation of chain coffee houses and the manufacturing and sales of related products.

根據櫃買中心資料顯示,路易莎咖啡成立於2006年,由董事長兼總經理為黃銘賢創立該品牌,主要經營業務是連鎖餐飲之經營及相關產品製造販售。

Louisa is a well-loved local coffee roaster in Taiwan, relying on its exquisite beans and affordable prices. There are more than 500 stores in Taiwan, surpassing Starbucks and 85, and becoming the new title of coffee hegemon in Taiwan. In 2019, it marched into Thailand and established its first overseas store. Later in December, it was found in Taipei’s Tsutaya Bookstore in Nangang, which is represented by Runtai Group.

路易莎為深受喜愛的台灣本土咖啡品牌,靠著精緻與平價竄起,全台擁有500多家門市,超過星巴克、85度C,成為新一代台灣咖啡霸主。2019年揮軍泰國,成立首間海外門市, 同年12月,更與潤泰集團代理的日本蔦屋書店跨國合作,成立南港蔦屋門市。

In order to win the ferociously competitive war that is “Black-Gold business”, Louisa expanded the scale of the group’s operations and accelerated the expansion of stores. In addition to having two roasteries, two cake factories, and a bakery factory, it invested NT$75 million in the central kitchen and logistic warehouse in Wugu and Sanchong, building a complete catering supply chain in an attempt shift to a “well-rounded lifestyle” direction.

路易莎為了打贏競爭激烈的黑金商戰,擴大集團營運規模並加速拓點,除了有兩間烘豆廠、兩間蛋糕廠、一間麵包廠,斥資7500萬元在五股與三重分別投資設立的餐食中央廚房與物流中心,建構完整餐食供應鏈,轉向「全方位生活」店型發展。
