氣象署今天下午發布大雨特報，花蓮縣秀林鄉台9線驚傳土石流淹沒道路。受大豪雨影響，台9線162.8公里土石夾帶泥沙，道路中斷，台9線蘇花崇德164到166公里處施工路段因大雨，有泥流狀況，而台9丁東向63.3公里則落石在路面上，請用路人要多加注意。
