因應颱風「小犬」來襲，考量上游水庫已開始進行調節性放水，如降雨加劇，可能加大水庫洩洪，故本市針對大漢溪左岸重新橋下至21號越堤道間之停車場及路邊停車格，自明(4)日8時起進行只出不進管制，10時開始強制拖吊，請民眾提早配合車輛移置作業，以確保民眾生命及財產安全。另越堤道為防汛搶險通路，禁止停車，違者將依法處理。
