有一種好久沒有見過的水果蒲桃，最近有機會品嚐，味道清脆，香氣十足。
筆者居住的東海岸山區，原來生長好幾棵蒲桃樹，經常採食，後來幾乎消失不見，最近又重見一棵。
蒲桃又稱為香果，這種果實於六月間成熟，呈淡黄色，口感脆，香氣濃，不易保存，所以，市場上不一定買得到。
