花蓮縣吉安分局北昌派出所員警，日前接獲熱心民眾送來一個拾獲的包包，從包包內的身分證件聯繫失主陳姓男子前往領取。陳男抵達派出所後，本以為能順利取回失物，沒想到在與員警共同清點包包內的物品時，竟藏有一顆菸彈。員警立即進行毒品試劑檢驗，結果呈現陽性反應，當場依現行犯逮捕，訊後依違反《毒品危害防制條例》移送花蓮地檢署偵辦。
