【Lai傳媒、記者爆料網／花蓮報導】受鳳凰颱風外圍環流與東北季風共伴效應影響，花蓮地區今（10）日晚上下起大雨，馬太鞍溪溪水暴漲，除了淹過馬太鞍溪橋便道，甚至從萬榮明利村沿花45線溢流至台9線231公里處，鳳林警分局進行管制措施，維護人車安全。
