8月23日舉行的罷免案與核三延役公投投票結果逐漸明朗，國民黨在此次的「雙投票日」中，第二波7席立委全數守住，民進黨「大罷免大失敗」。
至於核三延役公投部分，同意票數已超過400萬，距離500萬的通過門檻仍差約80、90萬票。
總統府稍早表示，賴清德總統將於今晚7時10分，在總統府大禮堂針對今日投票結果向國人發表談話。
